- Order Information:
- I have placed an order but did not receive any confirmation for the same.
When you place the order with us you will be notified for the confirmation of your order via mail. If you can’t find it in your inbox, then kindly check your spam email once. If you still can’t find it then email us the issue at email@example.com and we shall help you with the same.
- While placing a prepaid order the amount got deducted but have not received the order confirmation.
This sometimes happens if there is an issue with UPI or if the window was closed before getting redirected to the order page. In this case you can let us know your name, email id and order items and value and we will check it with the payment gateway for confirmation. The process sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the payment gateway to confirm the transaction.
- How long does it take to ship the order?
The orders will take around 3-4 working days to get dispatched from our warehouse. Personalised products may take up to 5-7 working days to get dispatched.
- How long does it take to deliver the products?
- I used a discount code, but it is not working.
The discount code won’t work for Giftbox section, Personalised Products or Products that are already available on sale. The particular coupon may not work if the cart value is below the value mentioned.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange
- What are the payment modes acceptable?
We accept both prepaid and COD payments.
- I am not able to select COD as payment option.
COD payments are disabled for orders above 3000.
- Do you accept Paytm?
- I can’t find my preferred mode of payment.
