Welcome to StyleTadka These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). Before using StyleTadka, you need to be at least 18 years old and agree to these terms
IMPORTANT— PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY STYLETADKA. (“WE” OR “US”). THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND STYLETADKA. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND A PARTY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS. IF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO SUCH TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such transactions.
Styletadka reserves the right to terminate access of any third-party application or service to our published or unpublished APIs. Styletadka reserves the right (but does not have the obligation) to remove any Content from the Services at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if we receive claims or allegations from individuals, companies or authorities relating to that Content or if Styletadka is concerned that you may have breached the foregoing restrictions), or for no reason at all.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Copyright dispute policy
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”), online service providers such as Styletadka have the right, but not the obligation, to remove material that allegedly violates someone’s copyright. We respect others’ intellectual property rights, and we reserve the right to delete or disable Content alleged to be infringing, and to terminate the accounts of repeat alleged infringers.
Third party service providers
The Services may contain links to third party websites, products or services that are not owned or controlled by Styletadka (“Third Party Services”). When you access Third Party Services, you do so at your own risk. Styletadka encourages you to be aware when you leave the Services and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each Third-Party Service that you visit or use. Styletadka has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any Third-Party Services. In addition, StyleTadka will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor or edit the content of any Third-Party Services. By using the Services, you expressly relieve and hold harmless StyleTadka from any and all liability arising from your use of any Third-Party Services. Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Services, including payment and delivery of services, and any other terms, with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any third parties. You agree that StyleTadka will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between StyleTadka users, or between StyleTadka users and any third party, you understand and agree that StyleTadka is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release StyleTadka, its officers, employees, agents, and successors in rights from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.
If you are a California resident, you will and hereby do waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
What is this saying?
While using StyleTadka, you may be able to access or use third party services that aren’t part of our product (such as YouTube, Flickr, etc.). We can’t be held responsible for the content of services or any issues that arise.
Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform or any content or products obtained through the Platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason at all. Upon termination, these Terms will no longer apply, but any provisions that are intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless StyleTadka and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
