Delivery Information

1. Where do you deliver the products?

We deliver pan India and undertake international shipments too.

2. What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 5-7 business working days.  Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.  For customised orders products will be shipped out 3-4 days after the order is placed as these products are made to order.

3. Do you apply shipping charges?

Within India, Styletadka will provide free shipping for orders above 499. There will be a shipping charge of Rps. 50 on orders below 499. COD will be charged extra till a certain amount. Orders above 2999 are not applicable for COD.

4. I need it on a specific date for some occasion

In case you require a particular order to be delivered on an urgent basis for some occasion or gifting purposes kindly mail us at infostyletadka@gmail.com and we will see what can be done.

5. I have placed an order but now I have changed my mind and need to cancel the order

You can cancel an order within a maximum of 24 hours of the order being placed. Since we want you to receive the product as soon as possible we may ship the product immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if your order has not been dispatched they will be accepted for cancellation. However if your order has been dispatched already the cancellation will not be approved.

Orders once placed for the gift box cannot be cancelled.

6. Do you accept international orders?

7. I can’t find my delivery? Help!

Don’t worry. If you have your order number and your delivery hasn’t arrived within the given time frame mentioned on the website then get in touch with us at infostyletadka@gmail.com  with your order ID and tracking number and we will help you locate your package as soon as possible.

Return Policy

We hope you love our products just as much as we do! 

But if you do not or if there is something wrong with the order that has been shipped to you kindly check on our Returns and Refunds Policy to help you resolve the issue. We also request you to check product description carefully before placing an order with us.

1. I am not happy with the product(s) I received. I want a refund.

    • We are sorry that you are not happy. Please email us and leave your suggestions and we could work on it. You can courier us the product back within 48 hours of you receiving it. We do not refund the amount in this case, but we are happy to give you store credit in form of a coupon code. Kindly note that the product should be unopened/unused without damage and with the tags intact. Kindly pack the item securely to prevent from any loss or damage during the transit.
    • The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded.
    • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. 

    2. The product I received was different from the product I ordered?

      • This is embarrassing. Please mail us with the image of the product you received and with your order ID and we will resolve the issue.

      3. The product is damaged or defective when I received it.

        • We ensure that the product reaches out to you safe and sound. In case of damaged item(s) kindly mail us about the item with an image as a proof of the same within 48 hours upon receiving the order and we will dispatch you the fresh one or refund you your complete amount.

        4. Return Policy

          • Customers can return their order within 48 hours after they have received their product. This is applicable only with the product(s) you received was damaged or different from what you had ordered.
          • The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Styletadka’s Quality Assurance Team.
          • All the returns must be in unused condition with all the original tags and packaging intact.
          •  The product amount will be credited back to your account as reward points or a coupon code will be generated after the quality check is done. These reward points or coupon code will not be transferable and can be used only once.
          • Pre orders will not be accepted for returns.
          • Cotton Masks are NOT eligible for returns.
          • Sale/discounted orders or orders bought on any kind of promotion will not be accepted for exchange or returns in any case.
          • PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
          • Products in gift box cannot be returned individually.
          • If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same or send you another product/design of the same value.
          • Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website. The colours of the products may vary as the digital images as each device has different colour settings and resolution. We do not accept any returns or refunds in case you find the colour of the product different from your device screen.
          • If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact us within 48 hrs from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if concern is not raised within this stipulated period.
          • Online refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
          • You are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any damage during the transit. Kindly note that courier charges incurred by you shall not be refunded in any form.

          5. I have size issue with the t-shirt order and need to exchange it

            • We don’t have exchange tab on website so you will have to manually email us with your order number and the revised size you want.
            • For exchanging the t-shirts, you will have to return us the previous t-shirt and once we receive the t-shirt, we will ship the exchanged one.
            • We will check the t-shirt condition first before shipping the exchanged one.
            • The courier charges incurred by you to ship us the t-shirt back is non-refundable.

            6. What is the refund policy?

            • You can ask for refund within 48 hours of receiving the product.
            • If you have placed a prepaid order with us via debit/credit or net banking, then the refund will be initiated in the same account. For COD orders the refunds will be credited into your registered account in terms of rewards points or coupon code which you can use to shop at styletadka.in
            • For any queries you can mail us at infostyletadka@gmail.com
            • Sale/discounted orders or orders bought on any kind of promotion will not be accepted for refunds in any case.

            7.  How long does online refund take?

            • The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. If you placed a prepaid order with us via debit/credit or net banking, then the refund will be initiated in the same account and if it is COD order then the refund will be initiated as Rewards Points or Coupon codes. The banks may take around 5-7 working days to reflect that amount.
