You can cancel an order within minimum of 24 hours of the order being placed. If the item is not dispatched it will get cancelled however if the product is being already shipped then the cancellation won’t be approved.

You can pay for your order using credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, Paytm and Net Banking. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery payment option.
It means Cash on Delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card payment options.

Orders within India are delivered within 5-7 business working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. For customised orders products will be shipped out 3-4 days after the order is placed as these products are made to order.
Within India, Styletadka will provide free shipping for orders above 499. There will be a shipping charge of Rps. 50 on orders below 499. COD will be charged extra 50 rps.

In case you require a particular order to be delivered on an urgent basis for some occasion or gifting purposes kindly mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what can be done.
You can cancel an order within a maximum of 24 hours of the order being placed. Since we want you to receive the product as soon as possible we may ship the product immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if your order has not been dispatched they will be accepted for cancellation. However if your order has been dispatched already the cancellation will not be approved.
Orders once placed for the gift box cannot be cancelled.
Don’t worry. If you have your order number and your delivery hasn’t arrived within the given time frame mentioned on the website then get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order ID and tracking number and we will help you locate your package as soon as possible.

· COD is not available for gift box. Payments will only be accepted through Net Banking, Credit or Debit Cards or through Paytm.
· No Exchange or Returns will be accepted for gift boxes.
· If an individual product is damaged during transit then kindly notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the product with an image proof and we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible or will provide you the refund for the same.
