   HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Log in to your account on www.styletadka.in. Go to the My Account Section. Check your Order Status here.

  HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You would also get a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details.

  HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will get an order confirmation email shortly after you place the order. If you do not get the order confirmation email, please get in touch with us immediately at infostyletadka@gmail.com.

  DO YOU TAKE Bulk/CUSTOM ORDERS?

Cancellation / Modification

  CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel an order within minimum of 24 hours of the order being placed. If the item is not dispatched it will get cancelled however if the product is being already shipped then the cancellation won’t be approved.

  HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay for your order using credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, Paytm and Net Banking. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery payment option.


  WHY AM I NOT GETTING ANY COD OPTION ON THE PAYMENT PAGE?

It means Cash on Delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card payment options.


Shipping and Tracking

1.       WHERE DO YOU DELIVER THE PRODUCTS

All across India.

2.       WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME PERIOD?

Orders within India are delivered within 5-7 business working days.  Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.  For customised orders products will be shipped out 3-4 days after the order is placed as these products are made to order.

3.       DO YOU APPLY SHIPPING CHARGES?

Within India, Styletadka will provide free shipping for orders above 499. There will be a shipping charge of Rps. 50 on orders below 499. COD will be charged extra 50 rps.

4.       I NEED IT ON A SPECIFIC DATE FOR SOME OCCASION

In case you require a particular order to be delivered on an urgent basis for some occasion or gifting purposes kindly mail us at infostyletadka@gmail.com and we will see what can be done.

5.       I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT NOW I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND NEED TO CANCEL THE ORDER

You can cancel an order within a maximum of 24 hours of the order being placed. Since we want you to receive the product as soon as possible we may ship the product immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if your order has not been dispatched they will be accepted for cancellation. However if your order has been dispatched already the cancellation will not be approved.

Orders once placed for the gift box cannot be cancelled.

6.       DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

7.       I CAN'T FIND MY DELIVERY? HELP!

Don’t worry. If you have your order number and your delivery hasn’t arrived within the given time frame mentioned on the website then get in touch with us at infostyletadka@gmail.com  with your order ID and tracking number and we will help you locate your package as soon as possible.


Returns and Refunds

We hope you love our products just as much as we do!

But if you are not or if there is something wrong with the order that has been shipped to you kindly check on our Returns and Refunds Policy to help you resolve the issue.

1.  I am not happy with the product(s) I received. I want a refund.

  • We are sorry that you are not happy. Please leave us your suggestions and we could work on it. You can ask for refund within 48 hours upon receiving the product.


2. The product I received was different from the product I ordered?

  • This is embarrassing. Please mail us with the image of the product and with your order ID and we will resolve the issue.


3. The product is damaged or defective when I received it.

  • We ensure that the product reaches out to you safe and sound. In case of damaged item kindly mail us about the item with an image as a proof of the same within 48 hours upon receiving the order and we will dispatch you the fresh one or refund you your amount.


4. Return Policy

  •    Customers can return their order within 48 hours after they have received their product.
  •    The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Styletadka’s Quality Assurance Team.
  •    All the returns must be in unused condition with all the original tags and packaging intact.
  •    The product amount will be credited back to your account as reward points or a coupon code will be generated after the quality check is done.
  •    Pre orders will not be accepted for returns.
  •    Sale/discounted orders or orders bought on any kind of promotion will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
  •    PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
  •    Products in gift box cannot be returned individually.
  •    If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.
  •    Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.
  •    If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact us within 48 hrs from the date of delivery to report the issue.
  •     No request will be entertained if concern is not raised within this stipulated period.
  •    Online refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
  •    You are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any damage during the transit.
  •     A maximum of 100 rps will be credited to your account as reward points or a coupon code which you can use for further orders.

6. What are the rules for refunding courier charges?

    • We will provide you Reward Points or Coupon Code worth Rs.100 for the shipping charges borne by you.
    • Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our Reward Points rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
    • Courier online refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.


    7.  How long does online refund take?

    • The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Styletadka account as Reward Points or Coupon Codes.


    8.  Where should I return my product?

    • Please courier the product(s) to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse the courier charges in terms of Reward Points/Coupon Codes worth Rs. 100 which you can use to shop at styletadka.in.

    9.  I have not received my refund yet?


    Gift Box

    Special instructions for Styletadka Gift box: –

    ·         COD is not available for gift box. Payments will only be accepted through Net Banking, Credit or Debit Cards or through Paytm.

    ·         No Exchange or Returns will be accepted for gift boxes.

    ·         If an individual product is damaged during transit then kindly notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the product with an image proof and we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible or will provide you the refund for the same.

    ·         Orders once placed for the gift box cannot be cancelled.

    ·         You acknowledge that shipping and delivery schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Styletadka is not liable for any delays in shipments.
